This truck was equipped with a V8 engine and had rear-wheel drive only.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eG917T trucks were used by all German branches of the military until the end of the war – in Polish and French campaigns, on the Soviet-German front, in North Africa, and in Italy. A total of approximately 25,000 G917T trucks were produced in German factories between 1939 and 1941.
