AMMO BY MIG 8338 LOCK N LOAD - Weathering Colors

Set of 6 watercolor leads, perfect for quickly and effectively create weathering effects on your models, such as chipping, rust, dirt, and scuff marks. 

The application is straightforward and intuitive. The leads come unsharpened—use a pencil sharpener or coarse sandpaper to create a fine or thick point as needed. Draw the effect and blend it with a brush dampened with water, or wet the lead tip beforehand to apply the effect directly, then adjust it with a damp brush. If you're unsatisfied with the result, it can be easily removed with water. 

For optimal results, we recommend using the leads on a matte surface for better grip. They can be applied as final weathering effects, but if you plan to layer additional “wet” weathering techniques with water or thinners on top, protect your work with a thin layer of varnish. 

These watercolors are perfect for beginners, who will appreciate their ease of use and cleaning, as well as for experienced modelers seeking to explore the extensive creative possibilities offered by the LOCK 'N LOAD system.
