Product Condition PLEASE NOTE: AndysHHQ receives inventory from worldwide suppliers and a very small percentage of merchandise is received with minor cosmetic imperfections. Blemishes, scratches, creases, scuffs and dings are not considered defects, as they do not impact the use of the product inside.
AndysHHQ only sells new products, however we do not imply or guarantee, that all product packaging is in perfect condition. It is possible that an item you receive may have minor cosmetic blemishes to the outer packaging. We understand some customers want to buy an item as a collectible; however it is our policy that we sell model kits, not collectible packaging, and we do not represent in any manner that all items purchased from us will be in pristine condition.
Inspection of Goods All goods should be inspected upon delivery. Because we are a retailer and not the manufacturer of the items we sell, we do not have replacement parts for kits. If you receive an item that is missing parts (or has defective parts), please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you and/or put you in touch with the manufacturer.
Damage that may have occurred during transit should be reported immediately upon delivery. Please note that we have no control over a package once it leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier. All purchases are insured and we will make every effort to assist you with any claims that may be necessary due to loss or damage. You will be asked to provide photos of the outer shipping carton and damaged contents to assist with the claims process.
Returns Our policy lasts 14 days from the DATE of purchase, with exception of pre-orders. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to accept your return.
Unless the return is a result of our error, you are responsible for paying return shipping.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@AndysHHQ.com.
Clearance/Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, unfortunately clearance and sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at support@AndysHHQ.com for approval.

We offer FLAT RATE shipping. Price is determined by shipping region and is based on the cost to ship one average sized model kit. This means you pay the same price whether you purchase 1 item or 50+ items or anything in between. Some exclusions may apply due to packaging, fragility, size and weight limitations. These items must be shipped separately and this restriction is noted in the product details. We understand our flat rates may not be cost effective when purchasing a single bottle of paint, etc. however, our flat rate shipping policy works in favor of the customer 99% of the time as we do not profit from shipping fees.
